I am an artist based in central Florida with a diverse academic and artistic knowledge base.  I love to travel and experience Mother Nature in its many different forms.  My art is my attempt to show respect to Mother Nature in its many different forms including the human body.

 

I first studied art seriously in high school in the International Baccalauraeate program.  This culminated in a sucsesful one-man art show with over 15 drawings, paintings and sculptures utilizing an architectural design theme.  Throughout my life, other pursuits pulled me away from art but it always remained a passion. 

 

I obtained a Bachleors of Arts degree at the University of Florida and then traveled to Europe where I lived in Florence, Italy for two months.  While there, I was able to explore the city as well as travel and visit museums throughout the continent. I went on to earn a Juris Doctorate which provided me the opportunity to study abroad in Tallin, Estonia for four weeks.  I was once again able to travel and absorb art and culture.  Finally, I attained a Master of Laws in International Law.  My legal career was focused on commercial litigation and international business law and I was recognized several times as a rising star in business litigation.    

 

The successful pursuit of the law was academically stimulating, however it left me with no creative outlet.  In 2011, I started taking pictures as a hobby under the name DBBPhotography as a quick way to capture the beauty I saw around me.  The hobby eventually turned into a career as I realized my true passion and calling.  After several years of honing and expanding my artistic skills and knowledge base, I founded Polymath Studios, LLC to share my art with you.
